Class Timetable

* Click here for class times with instructor.
* All classes are included in membership fees - you do not pay extra!
* All classes 1 hour - except Friday 6:30am Body Pump, Saturday 8:30am Pump Tech and Sunday 11am Yoga.
* Towels are compulsory for all classes  * Keep your body hydrated during exercise.
* Classes in ITALICS are held in upstairs 2nd group exercise room - staircase located at rear of cycle studio.
* Boxing - please bring your own gloves and register prior at reception as there is a class limit of 20 people.
* CYCLE classes are held in cycle studio - register at reception prior for one of the 20 bikes.

Class Descriptions
BODY ATTACK - Simple high impact work interspersed with short periods of advanced muscle conditioning.
BODY COMBAT - A martial arts program that puts together some combinations of various punches and kicks.
BODY PUMP - A non-impact workout using barbells and weights that exercises the major muscle groups.
BODY STEP - A medium to high intensity, low impact workout with the optional use of light hand weights.
BOXING - A boxing style workout combining impact and cardio training. Please bring your own gloves.
CYCLE - A medium to high intensity, low impact workout using stationary spinning bikes for cardio health.
PILATES - Learn how to breathe and improve your posture to maximise abdominal control & strength.
PUMP TECH- An instructional class of 1/2 hour to learn the techniques required for Body Pump.
STEP MOVES - A high energy, low to medium impact choreographed stepping workout on an adjustable platform.
YOGA - Encourages strength and flexibility through yoga poses and breathing to help relieve stress.
