"I have been a member of Newtown Gym for over a year and cannot stress enough what a perfect facility it is. (Being a personal trainer myself, I tend to be a little choosy!) There are big gym names in the industry...the worldwide franchises that have it all...but what they don't have is a smile, remember my name, and have personalised help and service at no extra charge! Come to think of it...there is only one big name in the gym industry - NEWTOWN GYM!!! Thanks guys."

"I wish to thank you and your staff for your superb hospitality and facilities during my membership (expired June 07) of Newtown Gym. I was a member for a number of years and have always been impressed by the friendliness, cleanliness, facilities, cost, staff and general atmosphere in the gym. The list could go on. Unfortunately, I am unable to renew my membership this year due to moving quite far out of the area, however, I did want you to know that this is the only reason I will not be renewing my membership this year. I am saddened that I will no longer be able to attend and will definitely miss it there. Also, I'd like to congratulate you on the constant upkeep and upgrades you do to the gym. It is all too easy sometimes for independent business, such as these, to fall into disrepair to keep cost as low as possible. It is refreshing to see an independent gym cheaper than, but equal to (or better than, in some respects), any number of the other brands in the field. And it is appreciated by your customers. I look forward to rejoining the gym should I move back to the area."
